Why go?
Ten days to cross Morocco from north to south. From Tangier you visit Tetouan and spend a night in Chefchaouen, then continue via Volubilis and Meknes to Fes, where a full day with an official guide reveals the oldest of the imperial cities.
The Middle Atlas then leads you to the Sahara: a camel ride and a night in a desert camp in Erg Chebbi, followed by a day with nomad families and Gnawa musicians. The return west follows the Todra and Dades gorges to Ouarzazate and the kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou.
You finish with three nights in Marrakech, including a guided tour and a day trip to Essaouira on the Atlantic coast.

Welcome in Tangier and drive to Tetouan to visit its white Andalusian medina. Continue into the Rif Mountains to Chefchaouen and enjoy the evening in its blue lanes. Night in Chefchaouen.

Visit the Roman city of Volubilis and the imperial city of Meknes, then arrive in Fes. Night in Fes.

A full day in Fes with an official guide: Fes el-Bali and Fes el-Jdid, medersas, the tanneries and the craftsmen’s souks. Night in Fes.

Drive through Ifrane and the cedar forest of the Barbary macaques, then down the Ziz Valley to Erfoud and Merzouga. Camel ride into the dunes and night in a desert camp with dinner.

Sunrise over the dunes, then a 4x4 day to meet nomad families and listen to Gnawa music in Khamlia. Dinner and night in a hotel in Merzouga.

Visit Rissani, walk in the Todra Gorge and follow the Dades Valley and the Valley of Roses to Ouarzazate. Dinner and night in Ouarzazate.

Visit the ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, then cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n’Tichka pass to Marrakech. Night in Marrakech.

Explore the medina of Marrakech with an official guide, with free time in the afternoon for gardens, museums or shopping. Night in Marrakech.

Drive to Essaouira through the argan country, enjoy the ramparts, the port and the beach, and return to Marrakech in the evening.

After breakfast, transfer to Marrakech airport according to your flight time. End of your 10-day tour.
