2. Prices and Payments

Tour prices may vary depending on the itinerary, number of travelers, travel dates, accommodation category, transport type, and included services. If prices are not displayed on the website, Morocco & Tours will provide a personalized quote after receiving your request.

Payment details, deposit amount, and payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the agreement made before the start of the tour.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the type of tour, accommodation, activity, and season. Any cancellation request must be sent to Morocco & Tours as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation fees may apply if the tour has already been confirmed, if accommodation has been booked, or if services have been reserved with local partners. Some services may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies.

4. Changes to a Booking

Clients may request changes to travel dates, itinerary, number of travelers, pickup location, or tour details. Morocco & Tours will do its best to accept changes, but all modifications are subject to availability and may involve extra costs.

Morocco & Tours reserves the right to make small changes to the itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, local events, safety reasons, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tour itineraries shown on the website are examples and may be adapted depending on your travel style, time, pickup location, and local conditions. Morocco & Tours aims to provide the best possible travel experience while keeping the journey safe, comfortable, and realistic.

Some visits, stops, or activities may depend on weather, road access, opening hours, or local availability.

6. Included and Not Included Services

Each tour or excursion may include different services such as transport, driver, local guide, accommodation, breakfast, dinner, camel trekking, desert camp, or activities. The exact included and not included services will be explained before booking confirmation.

Flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, drinks, lunches, tips, and optional activities are not included unless clearly mentioned in the confirmed offer.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for having valid travel documents, passports, visas if required, travel insurance, and any personal documents needed for their trip to Morocco.

Clients must respect local culture, traditions, accommodation rules, safety instructions, and the guidance of drivers or local guides during the tour.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers have travel insurance covering medical assistance, accidents, cancellations, luggage loss, and unexpected travel problems. Morocco & Tours is not responsible for costs related to medical issues, personal accidents, lost items, or travel disruptions not caused by our company.

9. Safety and Force Majeure

Morocco & Tours always aims to provide safe and comfortable travel services. However, we are not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or extra costs caused by events beyond our control, including bad weather, road closures, strikes, natural events, government decisions, flight delays, or other unexpected situations.

In such cases, we will do our best to find a suitable solution or alternative itinerary.

10. Accommodation and Transport

Accommodation and transport are arranged according to the confirmed tour package and availability. Hotel or riad standards may vary depending on the destination, especially in remote areas such as the desert, mountains, or small villages.

Transport is provided with comfortable vehicles suitable for the itinerary and group size.

11. Activities and Excursions

Some activities, such as camel trekking, quad biking, buggy tours, hiking, or desert excursions, may involve physical effort or outdoor conditions. Clients should inform Morocco & Tours of any health conditions, mobility issues, or special needs before booking.

Participation in optional activities is at the client’s own responsibility.

12. Photos and Media

During tours or activities, photos and videos may be taken by clients, guides, or drivers. Morocco & Tours will not use client photos for marketing purposes without permission.

Clients are responsible for respecting local people and asking permission before taking photos of individuals, private places, or sensitive locations.

13. Complaints

If you experience any problem during your tour, please inform Morocco & Tours as soon as possible so we can try to solve the issue during the trip. Complaints made after the tour may be more difficult to resolve if we were not informed during the service.
